Your 40s and 50s can be a time of peak energy and health. But for too many women, the hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause take a high toll.

And that's where I can help. I'm a lifelong health hacker, a qualified naturopath, a menopause advocate, a writer and published author, and now, I'm helping women in midlife regain energy, equilibrium and optimal wellbeing.

I will devise a plan to help you feel the best you can during these challenging years, and help you identify trusted experts to help with more specific medical issues. My mission is to work with you to create your own Personal Toolkit of trusted resources that you can keep at hand for when needed. Empowerment in a box!

I’m still buzzing after meeting 3 of my favourite people last night □□□ I have been listening to the amazing and empowering @drchatterjee for what seems like years now on his podcasts - they are full of inspiration and his love and willingness to share his profound knowledge is just so refreshing- as you know I am ‘ever so slightly ‘ obsessed with gut health □ so it always great to hear from someone who shares the same passion. What I loved from last night ...I loved every word of it □ but in particular @drchatterjee saying how he works to empower his patients and equip them with strategies - we all need to empower ourselves when it comes to our health and wellbeing at all stages not just in perimenopause □. It struck hugely too how big an issue loneliness is becoming - I see this a lot with women we suffer from social anxiety and devise strategies to avoid people and certain places - it is so important to keep social, to be part of a community, to arrange those coffee meet ups, to join classes - and sadly this loneliness isn’t for older people but the younger generation especially given the digital age we live in - often it’s easy to send a text, follow someone on social media but as @thehappypear said it’s Vitamin F - real friendship, meeting people face to face - nothing compares to that □. And a final note ‘progress not perfection’ - love this - in a world where perfection is widely sought we need to be content and happy with making progress....making small changes.....tweaking our habits....jumping into the sea at sunrise - I will do this last one yet !!! □ to these amazing guys and all they are doing and for the craic □□□@thehappypear @drchatterjee
