I spent several hours trawling the web to find some answers and solutions to what I was feeling. I have been suffering really and brain fog and concentration issues so this was a hard task for me - I came across Catherine's website and I really liked her information. I contacted her over email and from the very first interaction she was so understanding of how I was feeling. I really don't know how she does it but she makes all the dreaded menopause information seem much easier to understand and accept - I have really started to look at this time in a much more positive light than before I meet Catherine.

In a time where I was frustrated with doctors for their lack of understanding of the severity of Menopausal symptoms and the lack of advice in dealing with symptoms. I found most doctors will just prescribe anti-depressants or HRT neither of which suited me or really improved symptoms. I met Catherine a few months ago when feeling tired and experiencing many menopausal symptoms. I found her to be very professional in her approach, she was a good listener and took the time to tease out every detail on how I was feeling and explore all the symptoms I was experiencing.
